The Service integrates with third-party services, including Shopify and Meta (Facebook/Instagram). Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of these third-party services.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that any defects will be corrected. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any information provided through the Service.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TENNYSON LABS LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
Our total liability for any claims arising out of or relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

You may terminate your account at any time by uninstalling the app from your Shopify store. Upon termination, we will delete or anonymize your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the courts of the State of Colorado.
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
By continuing to access or use the Service after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.
